Our Client is hiring a Business Analyst (Onsite) RFQ OATS 26 27 25 Required: • Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Tallahassee, FL. • Experience with Business analysis on technology projects (5+ years). • Experience with Analyzing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements to support strategic goals. • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Case Management. • Experience with IT Business Analysis for software development projects. • Experience with Eliciting requirements, documenting user stories, and defining acceptance criteria. • Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub for backlog management and tracking. • Experience with Developing and executing user acceptance test cases. • Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Feature Driven Design. • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA). • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Preferred: • Experience with Business process modeling and improvement. • Experience with Data analysis techniques and tools. • Experience with Cloud computing and enterprise architecture. • Experience with Working in a government or public sector environment. • Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and requirements to identify areas for improvement. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements. • Develop business cases and feasibility studies to support project proposals and decision-making. • Create detailed functional specifications and user stories for development teams. • Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintain traceability in Azure DevOps. • Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus and clarify requirements. • Provide guidance and oversight during the development and testing phases to ensure alignment with business goals.

Experience with Creating data dictionaries.

Responsibilities:

Translate information from meetings and written materials into mock-ups, process models, and/or process flow models;
Meet with stakeholders to discuss business processes;
Translate high-level business requirements into functional specifications;
Assist with creating process flow models and documentation;
Support the planning, design, development, test, implementation, and maintenance of the Client's applications and information technology projects.
