14674 - Construction Supervisor (onsite) - Clark County & Nye County, NV

Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.
Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.
Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Clark County & Nye County, NV.
• Experience managing construction schedules.
• Experience with safety compliance standards.
• Experience with quality control/quality assurance.
• Experience preparing project updates/reports and providing project support as directed per NEET requirements for all construction related activities.
• Environmental Oversight experience.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee project buildout to ensure safety and quality standards are being followed.
• Communicate and coordinate with contractors, supervisors, management and other stakeholders.
• Manage construction schedules.
• Ensure safety compliance.
• Oversee quality control/quality assurance to make sure work meets design requirements and standards.
• Prepare project updates and reports per the Client's requirements.
• Provide project support as directed by the Client's leadership for all construction related activities.
